The Focus Foundation (“The Foundation”) was created specifically, to provide a
vehicle for Focus Holdings, LLC and its Employees to provide support to the
community through charitable giving, either directly or by contributions to
other 501(c)(3) entities, educational institutions, and community projects.
Throughout its 60+ years of existence, whatever the need, the Focus Holdings
group of companies and its Employees have responded with generosity and caring
to bring relief and comfort to its employees and their families, the communities
in which they live and work, and to the insurance community. Formation of The
Foundation ensures the continuation and enhancement of this tradition on a more
formalized basis.
Our Mission
OUR MISSION is to contribute resources to ensure the comfort and well-being
of our Employees and their immediate Families, the Communities in which we live
and work, and the Insurance Community from which we derive our livelihood.
We will seek out and help those among us who are troubled or distressed, and we
will provide support for education in Insurance and related disciplines to
promote professionalism, integrity, and competence in our chosen field of work.

The Foundation conducts its activities in and around communities within which
Focus Holdings companies’ offices are located – currently in Florida, Louisiana
and North Carolina – and wherever a need exists within the insurance community
throughout the United States, its territories and possessions. The Focus
Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt private foundation. It is funded by
contributions from the Focus Holdings group of companies and their Employees.
Much of its operating and personnel expenses are also contributed by the Focus
Holdings companies, and some services are provided by Focus Employees, their
families, and others volunteering their time and talents
